If you mean "Volume 4, Number 10  9 March 1987", I don't see it. Maybe you are
mistaken about the exact number?

These areas are not in the current ELIST, for a good reaseon: because they are
no longer active. There is no need to list those areas for ever with
"Distribution: None". If anyone is interested in that historic information
they can find out by looking at old elists...
