Hello All!

Just noticed I mistyped (what's new) the name that will be used for non
moderated echo areas it should be elistmaint.

Still to do coding for this but will wait till submissions start coming in.
Far too many for me to do along with all the other stuff I have to do to take
over the Filegate service from Janis.
