Hello All!

Forgot to mention that the daily archives should be issued after 23:30 each
night if and only if a new echo is created or a update with a rules and
description details included in the submission file.

New echo's added etc, will be accrued during the course of the day and if such
a update / addition has occurred the On Demand daily archive will be created
just after 23:30 of each night other than the first of the month when the
monthly archive is created so you should NOT get both.

Well that's the theory.
