Please request permission to post if you are an echo
moderator who is not a Fidonet sysop.

This is in response to a suggestion made by Roy Witt, which
I believe can benefit moderators and sysops both.
Points and users must request permission via routed netmail
preferred, or via their host sysop in the echo.  USers and
points may however read this echomail conference.

I am open to further suggestions on refinement of these
rules to facilitate discussions between echo moderators,
echo carriers, and providers of other FIdonet services
related to the management of echomail.
