If you're tuned into this echo because you're a moderator of an echo, and you
have participants who use Doc's place you
may wish to contact Ed Koon in reference to Mr. Chirnside's
recent behavior.  IT would appear that his latest means of
annoyance is hitting every echo he can get write access to
and posting messages which have no topical relevance or
interest to usual participants.

I'm not that familiar with Wildcat! as a bbs, but thought it could be operated
in a more secure manner than Ed does.  But that's not the main issue here.  IT
seems that until he bars Mr. Chirnside from access to his bbs this is likely to
continue.

Note that recently the moderator of Debate asked Mr.
Chirnside to absent himself from the echo for one week, and
upon his return keep his medical history discussions out of
the echo.
Mr. Chirnside proved himself unwilling to voluntarily accept said suspension.

So, if you moderate an echo wehre users of Doc's place
participate, netmail or email Ed and encourage him to cut
Wayne's access, before you too are forced to demand a feed
cut and deprive your other participants access to the
discussions in your conference.
