Hello All!

I have updated the elist program to add in support for a From address in
messages sent via the program. This has increased the parameter count by 1 for
the program used (mbmsg) with all of the existing parameter variables having
their name increased by 1, i.e., P1 now P2 ... P5 now P6 with a new P1 created
to hold the from name (elistmaint).

Hopefully I have not missed any required changes but as I have now reached 77
years young, I have no intention of making any bets on it.

Any issues will only appear if an update (MOD-xxx) is sent in by anyone as 
well
as a HELP request or a group wide message is sent out to all Mods
(this one unlikely to be used).

Will try and remember to check for any such after 1st July.
