Hello everybody!

Sorry for the multiple instances of these update submission files as needed to
find the bug that has been running for many months that was NOT clearing the
status, and warning flags in Elist data records that had been updated.

Now seems to be working - as the testing does now show that I have finally
resolved the problem for Elist version v5.4.43.

Blasted thing has been annoying me, so found some time to sort it.

This will resolve the issue of, after an update on expiring echo records the
warning flag was still set and showing in the report file ELIST.RPT near end
of each echo reporting.
