  DESCription:
    The main aim of this echo is to relay information on what is going on in
    Fidonet to the members of region 25 and the 250, 263 Nets within Zone 2.

    It can be used for discussions on elections etc, for the co-ordinators to
    get response back from the nodes as to which way they would like the NEC
    and NC to vote in favour of the region or net.

    It is also used to update all downlinks as to the status of 2:25/0 and
    2:250/1 when needed.

    Netmail routing, nodelist corrections, echo announcements etc are all
    welcome here if you think it would benefit other people in the net or
    region.
