Emergency communicators and others may find the following information
of use.  FOllow the provided instructions to obtain further
information, or contact the listed sources.

 
***More   INfo   ...  Hurricane  Sandy  advisory  should  be
impacting the caribbean, and the east coast of Florida.

Ham radio operators in areas where SAndy is likely  to  make
landfall  may  wish  to  provide  weather  data  from  their
locations to the National Hurricane Center via the hurricane
watch  net,  which  will  be  active  tomorrow afternoon and
evening on 14325 khz until propagation makes that  frequency
no  longer  viable.  HWN  will  then  move to 7268 khz on 40
meters.

People in the watch area should closely monitor the progress
of  Sandy,  and  be  prepared  to  act  to protect lives and
property.
