Winter has arrived. Morning it was -2,77oC with wind, so a wind chill of
-3,99oC. Also an inch of snow.

I strongly suspect that is a result of building insulation plus picking up
heat from neighboring appartments next door, above and below.  I have western
facing windows that get the afternoon sun.

Form Thanksgiving Andrew made 3 pies: apple with oat crumb upper crusts,
pumpkin pie made from scratch starting with a pie pumpkin and cherry
cheesecake. I gave away 2 and kept 1. Andrew hosted the dinner this time
around and we took 2 pies, one of each kind.

We have not yet decided what (or if) we are doing for our Thanksgiving next
year. We cannot have all the family visit at one time in apartment.
