Key Responsibilities:
    Own the internal financial system, including fee structure management and
its application to the trading logic
    Design requirements for changing to the internal financial system as
required by the business needs
    Keep the financial system design and documentation up to date
    Ensure the integrity of the financial system, lead the effort to identify,
fix and prevent internal financial discrepancies
    Lead internal analysis and stakeholder evaluations for potential solutions
    Collaborate and coordinate with Engineering, CS and other teams to ensure
that changes to financial system happen on time and with industry-leading
quality standards

    Foster strong collaborative approaches to prioritization and
communications with all BidSwitch internal stakeholders including Client
Services and Technology

    Own external financial discrepancy management, including discrepancy
reporting and alerting
    Collaborate and coordinate with Client Services, Tech Support and
Engineering for discrepancy investigation
    Own internal financial reporting improvements based on internal and
external feedback
    Collaborate and coordinate with UX team, and ensure delivery of the
contracting and financial reporting user interface improvements in a
reasonable timeframe

    Manage integrations to other contracting and financial reporting systems
and/or UIs
Capabilities:

    Strong technical and analytical acumen with the focus on building
integrated financial systems
    A Relevant Bachelor's (BA) or technical (BS) degree or equivalent
    3+ years prior experience in project management with proven ability to
successfully build financial or reporting systems
    Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along
with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
    Proven project management and organizational skills
    Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate
results
    Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment;
flexibility in working across
    both cultures and languages
    Fluency in English, both written and spoken
