i pretty much said it in the previous email, but you pay for it first, then
they reimburse you, when you fax in a copy of the bill of sale and
registration fee's.  Make sure to talk with your insurance agent, they should
have mentioned it to you as i beleive it's the law and not soemthing nice they
just do for you.. :) although it could be just a state law.. but anyways check
it out, ask them about the 30 days, and who you have to fax the info to,
usually it's the claims adjuster who cut you the original check.
