Ya 2010, that was one of the original adds from a long time ago.  It does
compile on Linux, OSX, and BSD, but the project has been sunset after I
started an Alpha 2 rewrite a couple years ago which was later rename to
Oblivion/2 XRM.

It's still in early stages but alot more is planned for it along with a much
