I could tell that's what that phrase was.. I guess latin, french and german
under the belt for me helps (high school, some college).

It sounds a lot like French, "Be the..." and from what I remember of Spanish,
about the same..though French uses the verb a form of the verb etre there
(sois)

btw,How do you say "Bernie Sanders should take over the Democratic Primary and
wipe out Hillary"?  Lol.. sorry, I'm a real bernie fan.
