Unfortunately, the web interface that you used with your browser does not have
a chat function.  To use chat, you would have to use a telnet connection, or
telephone/modem to connect to the BBS.

Free telnet programs exist for various operating systems:

There are several other versions for other OS's like Ultrix, etc. Let me know
what OS you are using over there :)
