2018 pneumonia shot due (every 3 years)

2017 flu shot - she refused as she stated it made Dad sick when he had it.
Said she has never had one.

 

Knee Pain:

  Complained of knee so he added the above Rx.

Nail Fungus:

Brought up her fungus nail. He said the only thing to cure it is pills. They
have been known to 

affect liver/kidneys and in her case it was a high risk to get her on that
besides nail fungus has never been 

related to any other health issues.

110/70 Blood Pressure

127 lbs. Weight
