I don't know.... Digital Man wrote a program that will answer the phone...
POTS... and send you to the BBS via telnet... It can be called From a
mailer... and I guess pass you to a telnet BBS.

I read some time ago Robert Wolfe compiled this program to an OS/2 version. 
Anyway... it "Should" work... it does work as a stand alone
