It is pretty easy with FD's static queue. I have set up HPT so that all mail
to JoHo is stored to a filebox (a directory) where FD can send everything out.

Inbound is easy. Just set up the directory for inbound mail as usual. :)

If you want that FD is NOT processing inbound mail, you can set 
fdopt=nounpack".
