How could you pack something non-existent? :D

"fastech2.exe scan" is not packing/routing netmail. It just exports netmails
from the msgbase to the main netmail area.

Then how about renumbering your .msg base? "feutil2.exe pack -renumber -msg".

And how is your route file?
