I've configured FastEcho I think as it should be but I keep getting this
error message when I run fastecho scan.

"Can't export message in area FIDOTEST without active downlinks."

I went to node configuration and entered info for my uplink, But I will not
have any downlinks.

Any help and is this still registerable?
