Ok, when I send messages to araknet, they end up in the league10 irex
outbound folder.  League10 messages go to league 10.  One is 10:103/0 and one
is 10:3/1.  I've got the sent to in the areas going to the proper node.  Any
ideas what I'm doing wrong, or is this a bug?
