That ended up not working, .rep packets went out, but incoming .qwk packets
never imported into my message areas.  I tried 2 different RA QWK solutions
and both had the same results...  I ended up installing gecho for league10,
keeping fastecho for araknet.  I run gecho first, and anything not destined
for it gets renamed to *.dst, then I rename those to *.pkt and run fastecho.
Works fine.
