AI> Why should this echo and the Gazette be left to rest in peace when AI> Janis left? Because it is a product of the zone wars. For all intents and purposes the Gazette was just a relic of this unfortuntate period. No one (exept maybe a few) want the zone wars to return. I hate saying this because I do not like to speak ill of those no longer in a postion to defend themselves, but Janis played a significant role in the zone wars. Letting this echo and the Gazette rest in peace after she left should have been a step in coming to closure. What we see however is just the opposite. The self appointed moderator shows clear bias against Z2 participants in this echo. Has he moderated you in public for off-topic postings yet? No, in fact ALL of his off-topic warnings were against Z2 members. What is happening now, reminds us of the zone wars in which the Gazette was used as a weapon. Instead of digging up and refurbishing this weapon, we should let it rest.
