it wasn't public but neither was my giving the INTERNET echotag to the new
moderator over there, either... same with the HAM related FDNs and some other
echos i was maintaining when i gave them away several years ago...

there's no general rule anywhere that says transferring FDNs or echotags to
someone else has to be made public... you just send them the current
information needed so they can change the echolist or filegate data and off
they go... then you remember to remove those areas from your updates so
there's no conflict :)
