Maybe plaintiff or claim doesn't translate well in your native  
language..  dunno. :/  Nevertheless, it doesn't matter. Sean  
merely made a statement/announcement of new moderatorship, but  
he doesn't have release phone records or email records to the  
general public like you are suggesting.

The proof in the legit hand-over is in the successful elisting.  
Sean wouldn't be able to do that unless Janis provided the  
password.   ;)
