The software I use to publish the Gazette is DOS-based software from 1989. 
The maximum line length is 70 characters each.  I am talking about posting the
entire FG in a single message; some older DOS software cannot handle huge
messages so I need to split them into smaller chunks.  I'm going to look intop
that this weekend.

So when I mean is splitting the FG into smaller chunks to post.
