Most posting here, did not see the most recent IC election, but it is as you
said.  Nominated by another, not contested at all.  You ARE the IC as voted by
the ZC's of the time.  I'm afraid the messages aged off but it was seeminly
about 6 months after Janis left and Nick became Z1C?  Maybe a bit later.

For the rest, former ZCs are guests in ZCC (Non-voting).  Reasons for that seem
to be to provide past experiences if relevant but perhaps validation of things
may be a bit of it.

I stayed quiet as Ward didn't make much comment, but yes.  He IS the IC.  I do
not disagree and only the sitting ZCs can determine if they need a change.

I see no reason for it to change.

Please, if unsure what an IC does, check P4.  They mostly cast deciding votes
at ZC level if a tie...
