People often don't recognize their own racist and xenophobic behavior and
patterns. In this case I really don't have any clue what you are referring to.
Maybe you can give us some hints and point to the racist and xenophobic stuff.
Is the racism against mice, xenophobia against a subset of nodes in Z1?
