  Your physical health is far more important...you don't need to get
burned out on your hobbies.

  The world, hobbies (and their associated items) don't revolve around
anyone...you, me, or anyone else. I have 2 other hobbies besides the
BBS...ham radio (as you are, sir), and square dancing. But, I don't 
spend every waking moment with them.
