Let me tell you a real story, and you know all my stories are real ... 8-)
 
In 2020 I stayed extensively in a hospital with a severe case of Covid19. I
still have difficulty describing how bad it was being that sick ... It all
started maybe 1 week before heading into the hospital. Someone made a pot of
coffee and it tasted horrible. So I dumped it, made a new pot ... and it still
tasted horrible ... a kind of no-taste taste. So I threw away the can of
ground cofee and opened a newone. It smelled like rotten where-upon my
daughter said "Not at all, this smells perfectly fresh" and I dropped the
subject. Having lost all sense of smell and taste ... but I did not connect
the dots ...
 
2-3 weeks down the line I was in the hospital sick as hell, caughing a lot and
everyday in the morning they asked me "Do you poop alright?" ... having 2
nurses in the family I know that it is a valid question ... being able to poop
well is a health indicator.
 
So in my secluded room, everything went well and 2 weeks into the
hospitalisation one morning I cracked one out and suddenly I smelled the
odours associated with fresh... shit.
 
I called my youngest daughter (the nurse) and said "I'm doing well, I can
smell shit. I'm coming home baby".
 
The nurses were elated, my doctors were elated and I think they released me
3-4 days later....
