It was rhetorical.  I spent 35 years as a help desk tech, a systems analyst, a 
system administrator, and a network administrator (I hold an AAS degree in 
network systems administration; Active Directory and I were best buddies).  I 
also ran my own IT consulting business for a while.  I know only too well.
