Yes, outgoing VERT can handle.  All your settings you have for VERT can remain.

Being you'll be staying with VERT as your outgoing all you have to do is check
with dtdns to see if they offer mail reflecting from port 25 to 465.  What will
happen is any mail TO your system on port 25 will pass through either dtdns (OR
no-ip if dtdns doesn't offer it), they will reflect it from 25 to 465 and your
system will receive it.  Do some research on mail flecting and you'll get the
hang of it.
