The above you don't have to worry about as no-ip will be sending the reflected
mail to your own domain.

Sn> Incoming Mail Port .995 (with SSL)

You can set this to whatever you want in no-ip cfg. If you'd like, reflect
port 25 to 995 and in sbbs, set transfer port to 995.

Sn> Outgoing Mail Server .send.xtra.co.nz (requires authentication)

This is what you have to use in "RELAY" area using port 465 as described below.
Remember, you need to authorize with username/pw

Sn> Outgoing Mail Port .465 (with SSL) (use authentication)
Sn> Account Name/Login Name .Xtra Username (e-mail address without the
 Sn> "@xtra.co.nz")

he following isn't needed.

 Sn> E-Mail Address .Xtra E-Mail Address e.g. username@xtra.co.nz
 Sn> Password .Xtra Password

Sn> for my settings in synchronet control panel mail config

Just take yout time.

Start at the SMTP tab... Transfer port is 995. Subission = 465
POP3 Port 110
Semdmail Enabled with "Use Relay Server"
Relay; Use send.xtra.co.nz as server, port 465 Login with name/pw

That should do it.
