You can sendmail through your provider but being they're blocking port 25,
you'll not receive through them. No-ip will intercept incoming on port 25,
reflect to one of your choosing that would be setup in sbbs as well.

Outgoing --> port 465 (as per provider) --> provider relay (via login) -->
receiver.

Incoming --> port 25 --> No-Ip (converted to port you chose) --> sbbs mail
server --> receiver
