Probably wasn't Htick but more in echocfg.  Under NetMail settings, make sure
you have "Delete Processed Netmail" to YES

I just have the Win 2008 server box and a new Pi I'm playing with.  Right now
that's acting as a hub with just binkd and sbbsecho running as a standalone
tosser. MakeNL and htick are on the Win box.
