Using: SBBSecho 3.00-Linux r3.28 Feb  8 2017 GCC 4.9.2 invoked with options:
-linf

The past two days I have been getting Error 13 in a few bundles sbbsecho is
trying to create.  I am contributing these to possible permission level for
each BSO bundle.  Problem is, it doesn't happen all the time... only with an
imported file using smbutil.  Sometimes the bundle gets zip'd correctly, other
times I get the Error 13 as shown below.
