OK.... two things you need to check.  First, being your using "file attach",
you're also going to have to make sure sbbsecho is tossing it as file attach
and not Binkley/FLO. Secondly, change MSG Type in IRex to FTS-0001.  I know
when I was running IRex that was my setting and had zero issues.  Try these
things first and let's see if it takes care of your issues.
