You have to download the _dev from ftp://vert.synchro.net/synchronet and update
all the exe files.

Before you update shutdown the control panel, goto:
http://cvs.synchro.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/exec/sbbsecho_upgrade.js?view=log
and download that .js file into your exec folder. (v1.10)

Open a command prompt, go to ..\sbbs\exec and type:

JSEXEC sbbsecho_update.js

This will convert your sbbsecho.ctl to sbbsecho.ini and also change the name of
sbbsecho.ctl to sbbsecho.ctl.old

Restart the control panel and you're done.

Your echocfg.exe has also been changed so you may want to review that while
you're at the CMD prompt.
