Well not completely. A FSC document is not a standard. It's in the reference
library. So I'm not sure what weight you should give this information. But as
far as I know using uppercase characters for the pkt password is general
practice.

But I could be wrong, because all my pkt passwords are uppercase because of
the FMail requirement, and not the other way arround. ;)

If you or Fermin want to be more sure, you could ask in FTSC_PUBLIC.
