It says so in the bottom line description for the function: "Import descriptions from Backbone.NA into fmail.ar" On the other hand the areas.bbs import I think should create areas, judging from the description: "Convert Areas.BBS into fmail.ar" But that is a more complex file format, then the simple .na format.
