2024-03-30  -  2.3.1.0

  This release is mainly about the fconfig for linux module.
  So FMail is now fully linux compatible.
  There are a few minor changes in the Windows version too.
  And the Say hi function is now IPv6 enabled.
  See the ChangeLog file for the full details.

(Except for the version number and some updated doc files it has the same
source files as the last beta version: 2.3.0.2)
