I know this base hasn't had any activity in a few years , but I thought I
would try anyways.

Been using gecho for a few months now with no issues.  all of the sudden today
it stopped tossing packets for one of my networks.  Running IREX, Gecho and
OBV/2.  The packets for this network are sitting in the inbound directory and
just being ignored. Was working this morning and stopped while I was at work.
checked logs and it's not even seeing the packets in the inbound directory.
