I don't recall who I registered it with though.  After my TBI it's fuzzy.

GECHO will -not- function unregistered.  It won't toss or scan :-(

I would gladly try to reserach what happened to the author.

Wow I won't be able to find a tosser that's bink-d compatible for wildcat or
PCB very easily.  Gecho is probably the best thing out there.  I was overjoyed
to see it supported wildcat.  Shame that this effectively is putting the nail
in it's coffin.
