On my BBS.  Look for INSP110D.ZIP in BBS.FidoUtils; this is the DOS version.

You will also need the "unlimited shareware" key that was released by the
author to remove the shareware nag and delay.  That file is I110-KEY.ZIP in
BBS.Utils.
