Goldeds edit completion feature can be used for that.

 EDITCOMPLETION "sunni" "sunny"
 EDITCOMPLETION "Mobo" "motherboard"

It will work on the text input sequence. If you need to write sunni you have
to backspace y and type i. Text from copy/paste will be edited too.

It can be part of the random system where per area definitions are possible.
