Ok. I've temporarily checked out the commit prior to the "Zero Conversion"
commit, but I can easily go back to normal. Gives me a chance to learn a
little more about git than just to clone and pull (I'm not a programmer). ;)

It seems CP866 and KOI8-R translate to UTF-8 nicely, at least what I've seen
here on Fidonet.

Yes. The fake conversion table is only to correct my CHRS kludge. Otherwise,
it doesn't nothing else.
