1) How to start golded:

set TZ=CET-1CES,M3.5.0/2,M10.5.0/3
LANG=cs_CZ.ISO8859-2 luit -encoding 'ISO-8859-2' ./gedlnx -f

2) In .bash_profile:

export TERM=vt220

3) In putty:

UTF8
