Unfortunately, you really couldn't be done reliably. One of the reasons for
going from .cnf to .ini format was to be able to expand configuration fields
and now that we've done that (e.g. 32-char internal codes), those won't "fit"
in a msgs.cnf file. If a sysop upgraded from an earlier version of Synchronet,
they should still have their msgs.cnf file in place that GoldEd+ could
read/use until such time as someone updates the program to read msgs.ini files.
