Hello everybody.

        As you might have seen on the news, two idiots carrying a .38 SPL
revolver and a crossbow invaded a high school at the city of Suzano, Sao
Paulo, and killed 10 teenagers aged 12-17.

        They killed themselves at the end of it.

        In Brazil is extremely difficult to purchase a weapon. It can take
months to get a license, you need to prove that you are mentally sane, you
need to pass a shooting skills training course, get a permit from the Army (!)
and stuff, and yet these things happen.

        Last school shooting here was in 2011, under similar situation.
