I did a "cram and exam".  I studied the questions and answers for about five
hours at the exam site and immediately took the exam.  I passed but I don't
know by what margin.  Not a method I'd endorse but it worked for me.

I struggled to understand a lot of the questions myself.  I think if I'd
studied before the "cram and exam", it'd been better for me.
